Microbial Test Kits are great to do simple testing on your lotions & creams before submitting for PET/Challenge TEST, we always recommend Stability, Challenge/PET testing from a laboratory for your finished products. We recommend MicroChem Labs for your testing requirements.
Our Microbial Test Kit is an easy to use testing kit for quality control checking of your cosmetic and personal care products. It consists of a plastic slide coated on one side with Rose Bengal (for bacterial growth) and on the other side with Agar (for yeast and mold growth). There are four (4) dip slides and 10 sterile swabs included with each kit. Each dip slide is supplied with a transparent, shatterproof protective tube. Each kit you purchase comes with a color chart and instructions to help you interpret the results. For complete instructions with using our kits, please click here to view the brochure. Please follow the instructions on the brochure, Link Provided above. Please note: Incubator is not required to use our kits, If no incubator is used and the slides are stored at room temperature, you need to wait up to 5 days for bacteria and up to 7 days for yeast and mold.
