MONTANOV™ 202 is an O/W emulsifiers that can be used for natural/ "green" concepts with Ecocert validation. Can create thick lotions to cream with a light texture and matte finish. Can product very white emulsions and has a long lasting moisturizing effect. O/W emulsifying alkylpolyglucoside, bio-based, for lotion to thick textures with a light feel. As a promoter of liquid crystals which biomimic the lipid bilayer of cellular membrane, it helps to stabilize the emulsion, provides the restructuring effect (reduction of TEWL) and the moisturizing effect.

Suggested Use Levels: 0.5-3%
pH Range of formulation: 3-10
Formulating Guidelines: Add MONTANOV™ into the oily phase at 75°C*(can also be added into the water phase if the quantity of oil is low)
Melting Point: 74 to 78°C (165,2 to 172,4°F)
Storage: Protected from direct light and humidity at a temperature of 50°-77°F (10°-25°C)
Shelf life: 12 months, properly stored, in sealed container.
This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate.
