Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6

This ready-to-use polymer comes pre-neutralized with high resistance to electrolytes (up to 10% salts). Versatile and perfect for creating clear, transparent gels with a velvety feel. 

Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6 offers an elegant skin feel and produces fluid (sprayable) to thick textures. 

With surfactants, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6   can increase the foam density while thickening and result in a soft lather.

Formulating Guidelines:
Sprinkle over the aqueous phase and leave without stirring for around 8 hours to allow it to hydrate. For faster use, sprinkle over the aqueous phase and blend using low speed, around 500 rpm. Then increase speed to 1500 rpm as you add electrolytes. Allow roughly 10 minutes for hydration. To create a cream gel, sprinkle into formulation and then add your oil phase to your water phase. The manufacturer recommends up to 25% oil can be incorporated into the gel when combined with a natural polymer like xanthan or guar gum, at 1%.
Shelf Life:
12 months from date of manufacture.
Storage:
Store in a dry place at temperatures not exceeding 32°C. Based on stability studies, the optimum storage temperature for maximization of shelf life is 23 - 25°C. However, it may be stored at temperatures between 16 and 32°C if such specific temperature control is not available. Do not freeze.
