Allantoin is an anti-aging ingredient commonly used in skin care products. It was proven effective in soothing irritated skin, stimulates cell regeneration and moisturizes dry skin because of its anti-inflammatory properties. It is commonly found in shampoos, lipsticks, lotions and creams.
