Background:

In fact, apples frequently make an appearance in the personal care and cosmetics industry due to their known benefits.
Plant seeds have been shown to be a healthy source of fat for animals, as they typically are high in essential fatty acids, or omega fatty acids. Apple seeds are rich sources of essential fatty acids, phenolic compounds, and antioxidants. These antioxidants protect skin from free radical damage and from UV light exposure from the sun. Free radical damage can result in fine lines, wrinkles, and other increased signs of aging. The tocopherol, or vitamin-E-active constituents, present in apple seeds have also been shown to protect against lipid peroxidation, which further protects against aging and inflammation. Finally, apple seeds have been shown to exhibit antimicrobial properties, able to suppress the growth of various microorganisms.

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture
This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate.
