FSS Hydrolyzed HYA AKG
FSS Hydrolyzed HYA AKG is a variation of Hyaluronic Acid that has a alkyl glyceryl portion, hence the ‘AKG’ in the name. FSS Hydrolyzed HYA AKG was designed to help improve damaged skin by repairing skin barrier function. A healthy skin barrier can retain moisture better which in turn promotes healthier looking skin.
INCI Nomenclature: C12-13 Alkyl Glyceryl Hydrolyzed Hyaluronate
Appearance: White to Pale Yellow Powder
Suggested Applications: Anti-Aging, moisturizing, skin barrier function recovery
Suggested Use Levels: 0.05-1.0%
pH (0.1% + 100): 4.5 – 7.5

Solubility: Water Soluble
Storage: Protected from direct light and humidity at a temperature of 50°-77°F (10°-25°C)
May Sediment upon Standing; Mix Well Prior to Use
**Note: Product may change appearance if exposed to cold temperatures during
shipment or storage. If this happens, please gently warm to 45-50°C and
mix until normal appearance is restored.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate.
