Tamarind Seed Extract is rich in nutrients, enzymes, tartaric and malic acids (AHA's) and collagen fiber. Tamarind Seeds come from a tree commonly found in regions of Africa and South East Asia. These trees can reach up to 40 feet with fragrant, beautiful flowers that are red or purple. This tree is unique because the fruits of the Tamarind Tree will open and close based on the temperatures; frequently closing as dusk approaches and temperatures cool for the evening. The fruit contain seeds with a high content of polysaccharides - mainly galactoxyloglycans. Tamarind Seed Extract can be commonly found in moisturizers, creams and masks for anti-aging products.

Formulating Guidelines: Add to the water or cooling phase of your formulation; Heat Stable up to 70°C
Storage: Protected from direct light and humidity at a temperature of 50°-77°F (10°-25°C)
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate.
