Cherries are a delicious and fresh fruit that are available either in the sweet or sour form. Although these exotic fruits originated in most regions across Europe, cherries are now cultivated and eaten all over the world. Apart from their exquisite flavor, cherries are also recognized for their rich and vibrant red color. The fruit’s distinctive color is attributed to the presence of anthoncyanins. Anthoncyanins are a type of flavonoid known to possess intense antioxidant properties. Of the 150 different flavonoids found in plants, anthoncyanins are understood to have the greatest antioxidant capacity.

Recent studies reveal that anthoncyanins also provide potent anti‐inflammatory and anti‐aging properties. Rich in phytonutrients, perillyl alcohol, phenolics, Vitamins A, B, C; powerful antioxidant, anti-neurodegenerative activity, promotes skin rejuvenation. Our fruit juice powders are water-soluble and can easily be incorporated into an aqueous product or the water phase of an emulsion.
