Deodorant active blend is highly effective against microorganisms causing undesired body odors. The synergistic composition of Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate with Triethyl citrate and Sage oil, show comparable efficacy to synthetic benchmark products with a low use concentration. Results from an in-vivo study from the manufacturer to prove the 24h-deodorant activity. FSS DecaDeo can be used in O/W-emulsions as well as in aqueous or alcoholic solutions.

- Clear incorporation into aqueous formulation with help of solubilizers

- pH-limits for processing: 4.0 – 6.5

- pH-range for optimum activity: < 5.0

Heat Stability:

80°C in emulsions

60°C in surfactant based formulations

For aqueous based products

Clear soluble at pH 6.0 – 6.2.

Use buffer system to stabilize pH.

Dissolve with help of ethanol (35 – 40 %) or solubilizer.

In hydrogel formulations: Addition after formation of gel network may be recommended.
