Collagen has always been a hot topic of daily conversation and now people are realizing that collagen is equally important when it comes to the skin.

FSS Vegetable Collagen Hydrolysate OS can be used for easy incorporation into the oil phase of formulations. While typically water-soluble, we have developed an oil soluble version by reacting low molecular weight collagen hydrolysate with coconut oil fatty acids. The result is a fatty acid condensate for easy incorporation into the oil phase of formulations to restore a youthful appearance by moisturizing and conditioning the skin. FSS Vegetable Collagen Hydrolysate OS is collagen that is hydrolyzed down to a lower molecular weight, allowing for easier compatibility with the skin in order to enhance moisturization properties. Collagen hydrolysis also provides anti-irritant properties and makes it compatible with a wider pH ranges for a variety of personal care formulations.
