MONTANOV™ 68 MB is an O/W emulsifier that can be used for natural/ "green" concepts with Ecocert validation. Can create a fluid to thick cream with a rich texture. Glucolipid emulsifier derived from vegetable origin. It can be used to formulate rich, smooth textures with any type of oil phase

• Emulsifies all types of oils (esters, vegetable oils, silicone oils, mineral oils, etc.)
• Easily emulsifies up to 40% oily phase and up to 50-60% depending on the formulation
